Somebody didn’t set their phone into focus mode/do not disturb and there were constant pings throughout the show, which was annoying…

I agree Amazon have ruined the Echo Shows with their ads. I’ve not seen my photo slideshow (that it is configured to display in the settings) for months - all I get is sponsored ads. There is an option to give feedback, which I have done (politely!), but nothing changes. We don’t have Alexa Plus here yet.
You can force it by telling Amazon to ‘show me my photos’.
