I’m with @Leo , don’t think I’d pay £1,000 for a top of the line Roomba. We have a couple of Eufy RoboVacs and an iRobot mop here, and all three cost under half that.
They work well. Still use the old ‘bumping into stuff’ method of navigating, so you have to make sure your floors are clear of cables and loose items…or dog 
Never run them at night 'cos they’re too noisy on hard floors.
They take a bit of looking after though. Just had the oldest one apart and it is stuffed with dust and hair inside and had burnt out the brush motor. But they are quite simple to work on, and parts you can get from sellers in China for not much money.
So, in summary, I like them. Only get the big vacuum + shampooer out a couple of times a year for a deep clean.
