First caller out of the chute today whining about closing of stores. She makes a point about MS enticing people with the lure of live help. Maybe if she dumped MS for a Chromebook she wouldn’t need someone to hold her hand all the time.
Man, @Leo - I truly admire your composure. I could not have kept it together half as well with the caller asking for a “nice and bright orange” (around 1:05 h) and no, he has not talked to his web designer yet but rather called you. That you managed to cordially and competently discuss the use of orange on a website at length - tip of the hat. Guy sounded a bit like John Malkovich. “An orange you can live with.” Priceless. Should be on a t-shirt. The gentleman was so right to point out your kindness.
Almost uncannily, I found out why the caller was fearful of being hit over the head for asking for bright orange:

That “orange” caller… After his first sentence, the way @Leo said “…yup”. There was a wealth of feeling in that one word.
