I’m windows 11 custom iso with pre installed software
So
When I need to reinstall windows 11 on my computer if something goes wrong or hard drive dies
I’m using VMware to install windows 11 and software
But when I get ready to use cmd as administrator
I get the error message

In my experience it’s usually licensing-related. Checking the logs would confirm this.
I can’t open the file it’s saying I don’t have permission to open it
Any idea or information on how to fix this issue please let me know
