In summary, you calculate the number of 1000's in the number and then use that number minus one to convert the prefix. The prefix changes from right to left. So its ones place name concatenated to tens place name concatenated to 100 place name. So Seseptuagintillion is ses (six) ones and sept (seven) tens of gintillions (multiples of 1000.) So the number has n=76+1 multiples of 1000 or 1000^77 at the largest position. (The whole n-1 thing is a bit of weirdness, I think I remember it right. One very large number that shows how this ends up working out is 10^3003, which is 1 millinillion, which shows how there are 3 extra zeros (1000) more in the number than in the name.)

Awesome!! Java to the rescue once again. I was thinking of writing this as a finger exercise today, myself.
There are websites that will do this, too, as many chatters reminded me!
The real challenge would be to read it out loud!!
