I used Textra on my Android pixel 2 for many years. I recently bought the Pixel 4a and I’m looking for app who will encrypted my SMS text from my Pixel device when I communicated by text to an Iphone user or other secure android device using encryption SMS.

The other device you are texting is going to need to support reading encrypted sms messages. It may be easier to switch to another encrypted messenger such as Whatsapp, Signal, or Telegram. It’s technically a text chat app, however it uses data and not sms/mms.
