Dear TWiT Community - here is an article my wife and I recently authored for an online journal covering high tech issues in Austin, TX but implications for the entire country: Journal is Urbanitus - Article on Section 230 and its upcoming revision - the article tries to close the gap between the current discussion about Section 230 and its historical regulatory history as publishers - broadcasters - common carriers were subject to different regulatory rules with respect to First Amendment and liability.
