Under the Tech Talk section - various OS sections are listed. But, no Chrome OS for Chromebooks/Chomebox

Looks like you are new here. You should be able to add a New Topic under the Tech Talk category if you select it when you click on the hamburger sign next to your icon in top right corner of window. Good luck.
I think he is suggesting a new category for topics. That is something only Admins (aka @Leo) can do.
