Hit my limit and started paying for it, started noticing some connectivity issues with my Fi phone on calls on some of my devices.
Finally got it configured in my edgemax router and i’m trying to figure out why that is messing with my phone call audio.
All other devices seem to be okay though.
I see that Firefox 76 (current version) has NextDNS listed as a supported DoH DNS server along side of the default of Cloudflare.
On Windows, it’s in Options | General… scroll to the bottom, select the Network Settings button, and scroll to the bottom. I’m sure it’s similarly located in Firefox on other platforms.
Have an Edgerouter 4 configured with NextDNS, eero set up as AP (bridge mode). Working really well here, very happy with it. Even paid for it :-).

Thank you for posting these videos. They were helpful to see. quick question. I setup NextDNS on my work laptop. Does anyone have a url I can use to test if it is working properly?
thank you very much @rah
There seems to be some issue about the Lawrence methodology.
I run all our queries at home through NextDNS and am quite happy with it.
Everyday I get this NEXTDNS - Siri Suggestion on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. When clicked on, NextDNS shifts to Disable. Someone familiar please explain why apparently Siri thinks NextDNS should not be Enabled?
I’m going to state the tongue in cheek obvious… that Siri is sh*t and needs to be disabled… ?
Possibly due to power consumption when it is running in the background. That is usually why most apps get suggestions to disable them.
