Mounting clamp for camera

I’m looking for a clamp to mount a Canon EOS M50 onto a vertical pole. Does anyone have any solutions or recommendations?

Platypod let’s you wrap around a tree. Maybe that would work for you.

Interesting! Basically, to attach onto a vertical pole, you would use straps?

You want a temporary or a permanent mount? Is the poll [magnetic] metal? The picture with this article shows the GorillaPod wrapped around a tree. https://www.annestravels.net/gear-review-gorillapod-hybrid-tripod/ The magnetic version for small cameras https://joby.com/global/gorillapod-magnetic-325-jb01506-bww/

Semi-permanent. I need to be able to remove the camera. It’s a dual monitor arm with a post in the middle (I don’t have it yet) that I would like to attach the camera to to use as a webcam. I’ve looked at the Smallrig clamps with ball head which would be perfect apart from not knowing how good they are.

I have. I’ve also used a gorillapod. But if you go gorilla pod, don’t get the less expensive one. Legs are weak
