I was excited about the Plugable Dual Monitor Adapter mentioned in this episode, but unfortunately it uses the DisplayLink drivers. This software does not currently support rotated displays on M1 Macs.
Many of us have been waiting months for a solution.
It’s really an oversight and a deal-breaker for much of our company that wants a laptop (a “pro” no less) that out of the box should drive two displays. A big bummer for sure.
