I was surprised to hear that Stephen Robles isn’t really that comfortable on the command line. I feel like it’s a Mac poweruser’s rite of passage to get comfy on the command line.
I don’t know if this joke was cut, or if it was in the pre-show but I appreciated the little ATP joke / riff. But maybe it was cut (or maybe I just missed it in the 2nd listen). In my head the joke was around the time Steven talked about his M5 shirt.
This week the Apple Watch told me I might have sleep apnea (I already suspected this) and I’ll probably talk to my doctor about it eventually. I also turned on the high blood pressure notification because I didn’t realize it wasn’t on by default. But I actually have a blood pressure monitor at home and I’m in new medication where I have to monitor my BP twice a day
I was introduced to Dolly Parton via the Hannah Montannah sitcom on Disney Channel. That might show my age.
I wish Apple included the U-chips on the iPads and Macs
So, since a Vision Pro requires a device with FaceId so that it can scan your eyes as part of its setup process, it would seem that any foldable iPhone without FaceId could not be used with Vision Pro. That seems like an issue to me, especially considering the economic demographic both devices are aimed it (financially affluent people).
