M365 Issues: No Idea

This one stumped me. So, I look after the Microsoft 365 subscription for my family, and last week it expired. Wouldn’t let me renew it, so I had to take out a new subscription under a different email address. I removed my dad and sister from the old one, added them to the new one, but m dad’s OneDrive only shows him as having the free 5GB you get as opposed the the 1TB.
That probably wouldn’t be an issue if he didn’t have about 233GB in there… and no backup. I’m really stumped for a solution

You get a grace period, where the storage is still available. You should have contacted support and got them to sort out the problem, not create a new account.

I’d contact support. Generally the data should be preserved for 30 days, I think.
