LIKE - How to Avoid Filler Words

A lot of the people we think of as accomplished speakers are actually reading from a teleprompter. They don’t have to wait for their speech buffer to refill, because they can always see what the next word is going to be. Hearing the same people in a free format studio conversation will show noise words happen even for them, while they marshall their thoughts and assemble the next sentence. Teleprompters have lured us into believing an almost impossible fluency is normal.
