Is this Group safe to use on facebook

HI I was wanting to now something is the group How To Contact Facebook Support & Live Chat safe to use. Is this group legit?

I have never used this group that is on facebook?

How do I now if I got a legitimate administrator on this group?

I have heard on this group that someone thought they were communicating with an adminstor and instead they were communicating with a spammer or hacker?

So I was just wanting to now if I i am communicating with an administrator in this group that is legit?

I’m going to go with no just on spec. Meta, like Google, while huge companies, have almost no staff assigned to deal with end users. If they do deal with an end user, it’s almost always in a situation where they contact the user and there is no way for the user to initiate the contact.
