Regarding the AirDrop all contacts for 10 minutes option that is coming to China.
This is allegedly at the behest of the Chinese government (report on Thurrott.com), because protestors were using it to organise gatherings and protests, sharing information among the crowd.
That said, like @RosemaryOrchard, I think this is a great general option for anybody, you can’t forget that you have switched to all, because it goes back to contacts after 10 minutes, no embarrassment, regardless of the reasons why the Chinese government want it.
