I’m a Whoop (https://www.whoop.com/) subscriber since Oct last year. While not a specific new year goal, I’ve been trying to add a minimum of 5 minutes to my ERG workout every month while maintaining the same strain level.
I use a Vivoactive 3 to track runs and walks. Fitbit Aria scale for weight. Myfitness Pal to track calories.
I have my Garmin Fenix 5 and Strava but I don’t find any of those challenges work for me. I have to do it myself. Sign up for an event and go.
I have been eyeballing a Coros watch this year.
Use the Apple Watch for tracking workouts, hikes, bikes, etc. Follow fitness coach and her workouts on Patreon.
