Looking for a good app launcher for android.
Easy mode on samsung devices is great but would like to take to the next step to convert die hard flip phone user’s
At this point in time in my opinion, the die hard flip phone users fall into two categories (there may be more that I’m not thinking of)
- They must have buttons. These users don’t want touch screens for one reason or another. If they had a smartphone and went back to flip phone, most likely they didn’t see a real benefit to smartphones that would override their hate of touch screens.
- They’re the type that are easily confused by technology, and smart phones tend to not be easy for them, and a new launcher may not help, because once they’re away from the launcher, they’re confused with how to use the phone.

If you’re a Microsoft user you should take a look at their launcher. It’s clean and if your device supports it, the integration with Your Phone (My Phone, Phonelink, whatever they’re calling it now) is nice.

I currently use Active Launcher on my Pixel 6XL but Nova Launcher is king of the hill, and there are a lot of new launchers out there which look pretty nice:

@Leo my mom got a Samsung a02 4glte n metropcs would the launcher you use be good for my mom who not a tech geek as we call them she just now learning smart hone im tech in house she only knows flip phone ty

Good question. I think generally the third-party launchers are more complicated. They’re for enthusiasts. The Samsung has an Easy mode that would probably be better for her.

As an ios user I have no way of knowing if such apps exist on android but I love the idea.
