I want to buy a webcam to go with my Mac mini. (I couldn’t justify the price of the Apple Studio monitor l, even though it has a built in webcam). Instead of having a camera that sits on top of my monitor, I’d like something with a stand so I can prop it up on my desk or on top of my Mac mini. Any recommendations? ---

Yeah I use an [Insta360 Link](https://www.insta360.com/product/insta360-link) on a tripod that puts it in the middle of my screen (during calls only). Works beautifully. I remember Alex saying not to buy the newest version (V2) stick with its [predecessor](https://www.amazon.com/insta360-Link-Noise-Canceling-Microphones-Streaming/dp/B0B9ZVVDJC?sr=8-6).
