We’re tackling the threat that keeps security teams up at night — the one already inside your network.
Internal security is the new frontier (perimeter defense just isn’t enough anymore) Zero trust and least privilege aren’t buzzwords — they’re survival strategies The real damage comes from compromised accounts, careless insiders, and legacy systems that trusted everyone Why your most dangerous vulnerabilities are probably already on your network right now How to actually implement zero trust without destroying productivity
We recorded this live at ThreatLocker’s Zero Trust World 2026 in Orlando, and honestly, the conversations around insider threats were eye-opening.
I’d especially love your take on the security implications.
At one point in the conversation there was a reference to a website displaying network security breaches in real-time. What is the website referred to (it may include the term real-time)?
@Silentsky, in the Security Now 1068 Transcript, there was mention of a “Board of Shame” that was once used to post network security breaches. Leo asked what the name of that website was:
Leo Laporte [00:16:03]:
There’s that wonderful site, do you remember what the name of it is?
The question wasn’t answered. It looks like neither Leo nor Steve remembers. If you’re highly motivated to learn the answer, you may want to ask in Steve Gibson’s own forums.
TWiT production team: there’s something funky with the transcript for this episode. There is
twit . tv/posts/transcripts/security-now-1068-transcript and
twit . tv/posts/transcripts/security-now-1068-transcript-0
(I put spaces around the dots because I wanted the literal URLs in my message.)
The first is dated March 3rd 2026; the second is dated March 5th 2026. The second one mentions the “board of shame”; the first one does not. Both transcripts are listed in the
twit . tv/posts/transcripts
directory.
