Interesting article on the BBC website about current research showing there is a definite link between Vitamin D deficiency and health outcomes. It doesn’t cover the dosage levels Steve discussed, but it definitely supports the idea people should take a supplement, even if it’s only to make sure they’re well above the minimum safe level.
