One of the main reasons I am getting fed up with modern gaming is the launchers and walled gardens.
Good Old Games have been working on a universal launcher that is now available to the public, though is still beta.
The launcher is an Open Source project which allows for more accounts to be added by the community.
Extra game stores and game related accounts (inc. Twitch and Discord) can be installed using a handy installer from this centralised repo
