# No more Pixel Pass

Just received notice today that Google is ending Pixel Pass. Once my two years are up, I’ll be paying for my Google Storage at the current discounted rate, have a paid off phone, and lose my $5 Fi credit.

I was planning to use it for the Pixel 8a. Once Fi takes their money next week, my current phone will be paid off, but I don’t really have a reason to upgrade to the 7a (which never got to be an option for Pixel Pass anyway)
