There was noticeable audio issues this episode. I think it was Leo’s audio with the construction. It was annoying in my headphones. Christina needs to mute her mic when she’s typing & not talking. The Apple keyboard sounds were annoying.
Just started listening to the episode this week but I wanted to say: I love girl math as a concept.
A month ago I bought myself a raincoat I’ve had my eye on for over 2 years, it was on sale for $300 (down from $500!) and I considered that like I was saving $200. Girl math. SImilarly to Leo, I’m usually careful using the term girl math because to those who don’t know what it is, it can seem sexist. But it’s really just tongue in cheek fun.
They raised the refurbished prices without raising the trade-in price. This makes me incredibly mad. All value is going up except for the stuff you already have (unless you sell it yourself on the secondhand market)
The real reason they disabled AirDrop from Everyone by limiting it to 10 minutes is because protestors in Hong Kong were using that feature in protests to disribute information in internet blackouts
