Please tell me there is a way to get the flashlight icon off of the lock screen. I constantly hit it in error.

I’ve come up with a workaround. Turn off “Tap to Wake” under Settings → General → Accessibility. This seems to make accidentally triggering the flashlight much more difficult.
Maybe that will help?
