There are many inside jokes and some Apple put-downs. The varying audience response to each joke is also great fun. I don’t know if MBW covered Pogue’s presentation in MBW #1016. They should definitely comment about the song and audience’s measured reaction. As an aside: I can’t believe it that AirDrop transfers are still so flaky. I hope some #!$$ team is working on that. Pogue lacked the courage to mention Liquid Glass. Too soon, I guess.
My book arrived today. I don’t actually know if I plan to read it…. but I’m glad I have it.

I am not a big reader of books, but I like owning books as objects. But yes I really did drink the koolaide. I gave in to the influence last summer. I pulled a Leo.
Performative reading
When I bought this book, I actually thought it was a coffee table picture book…. I didn’t realize it would be a big book of words.
I’ve started reading it though, I doubt I’ll finish it. I’m on chapter 4 now.
I just started reading it - I’m ttying not to skip ahead to see if I or something I was involved with is mentioned or pictured!!
