My new Asus Googlebook worked fine for 2 days…..then it went into update/boot loop. I have tried all the stuff I could find online to fix it but no luck. Asus is no help and it’s a issue that’s not only my problem. Do you know any fix for this issue?

If it’s that new, return it. You shouldn’t have to put up with the low level of capability/support on something brand new.

Did you buy it direct from them? Return it to wherever you bought it from. I can’t imagine there is anywhere in the world that doesn’t have consumer protection laws that wouldn’t let you take something defective back within at least a few weeks.
